* From CroMagnon to the farmers *

SUMMARY : Cro-Magon, our ancestor, settles in the Aquitaian bassin. The cave of Lascaux and the magdalenian art represent the golden age of the Prehistory. After parietal art, the dolmens will proliferate.

DID CROMAGNON SPEAK AN INDO-EUROPEAN IDIOMA ?????????????? NO, CRO-MAGNON was living 30 000 years ago, and IndoEuropeans arrived 3000 years ago in the SouthWest of France ; thus Cro-Magnon did not speak indo-european idioma. Because Altamira cave (in Basc country) and Lascaux cave (in Périgord) are very similar, an hypothesis is that Cro-Magnon spoke a primitive Basque.
